Courses

We offer several courses and formats designed to prepare spokespersons for different types of encounters and to match their varying skill levels. In addition, we can work with clients and their outside counsel to develop courses to meet their specific needs.

Our programs include:

Standard Training:
Covers fundamental principles and exercises designed to give participants the skills and experience necessary to deal with a number of interview situations.  Introduces key concepts critical to the development of professional spokespersons.

Crisis Training:
Emphasizes crisis-oriented situations including sensitive questions and more challenging interview scenarios.  Conducted confidentially, it is a highly practical course designed to give participants relevant hands-on preparation.

Live-Remote Training:
Focuses on a unique and challenging format: the live remote interview.  Clients learn to engage an interviewer that is not physically present while seated in front of a live camera.  Participants learn the subtleties and pitfalls of this much used televised setting.  Ideal for industry and topical experts and guests in discussion-oriented programming.

Simulated Press Conference:
Designed to provide executives real-life practice in a press conference setting.  Participants train with multiple interviewers and are taught how to exert control over the pace, direction and tone of the conference.  Provides an excellent practice venue before an important announcement.

Fees
Trainings can be conducted as full or half-day sessions depending on the number of participants and time allotted by the client. Courses requiring travel usually require a minimum full-day fee.
